The Predictive Diagnostics system integrates a diagnostic unit, DDU display, predictive maintenance algorithms, and logistics information systems to enable real-time condition monitoring and streamlined maintenance planning for fleets. LPP has incorporated the diagnostic unit into armoured vehicles such as the AČR PANDUR II and T-72 through the LPP VIBMS platform.
Using advanced machine learning, the system identifies anomalies, predicts component lifespans, and schedules preventive maintenance. As a result, it reduces unplanned downtime, extends asset lifespans, and lowers operational costs. Additionally, the system continuously learns from new data, refining its predictions and improving accuracy over time, ensuring optimal fleet performance and cost efficiency.
LPP also collects and analyzes data from HORNET UGV for predictive maintenance of unmanned ground vehicles.
